Cancellation is available through subscription management in your account.
After cancellation, access to Pro usually remains active until the end of the already paid billing period unless checkout terms or payment provider rules say otherwise.
If you run into a billing issue, duplicate charge, or a problem with Pro access, contact us and we will review the case manually.
Refund requests are reviewed individually based on subscription status, payment date, and actual access to the feature.
