Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, automatic renewal, and refund requests work for Planotto Pro.

1. Subscription and auto-renewal

The Pro subscription may renew automatically if this is shown during checkout.

The price and billing period are shown before payment is confirmed.

2. How to cancel

Cancellation is available through subscription management in your account.

After cancellation, access to Pro usually remains active until the end of the already paid billing period unless checkout terms or payment provider rules say otherwise.

3. Refunds

If you run into a billing issue, duplicate charge, or a problem with Pro access, contact us and we will review the case manually.

Refund requests are reviewed individually based on subscription status, payment date, and actual access to the feature.

  • Confirmed duplicate or technically incorrect charges are reviewed with priority.
  • A payment is not usually refunded automatically after a subscription has already been canceled without a separate review.
